Size of finished movie

I have made several videos all of which average 40 MB. I recently made one
that was 80MB. I seemed to have trouble uploading it to my site (took
forever) and the downloads are extremely slow(averaging 20 minutes as opposed
to 3 or 4 min).
What can I do to shrink the file? Thank you.
 
you can select the zie of the finished movie... however remember the smaller
the size the worse the resolution will be....
