Why is it that when i save certain video files they triple in size? My videos added up should be around 150 mb and they are being saved as 450 mb. Can someone tell me what is going on.

What format are the files in?
Are you converting from one format to another...WMV > AVI
If you are converting from WMV to AVI that would explain the large increase in
size.
If converting from a low quality to a high quality format in WMV that would
also result in a larger file (But not a better quality)

Is your HDD formatted in FAT32 or NTFS? What is the cluster size of the
HDD?
What do you mean they "SHOULD" be around 150 MB in size? Where are you
getting your figures from?
