Size of files

I am new to this movie thing. If I save the movie in the .mswmm raw format
the size is only 175KB. If I save in the movie format of .wmb it becomes a
huge file of 3707KB. Why? It is only 8 still pictures with transitions and
titles. what am I doing wrong that makes it so big and hard to send this
size by e-mail? thank You.
 
The MSWMM is your project file. not a finished movie. It literally contains
only details of which files are included in your movie, not the actual
files.
