Size of brand new presentation in notes page view

Depending on which computer I work on, the size in length of a brand new document in notes page view can differ by up to 5 cm. [from 22 cm to 27 cm
Any ideas?
 
I guess this depends on what your default printer is
and the default printer page size.

e.g. letter / legal / A4 etc
