Size Limitation?

I am using Access 2003. I need to create a document that
will contain approximately 100,000 line items with
multiple columns and ultimately multiple relationships.
Can Access handle a document of this size and complexity?
 
It should be able to. Make sure you have appropriate indexes defined, to
improve performance.
