sitescooper: plucker format missing

Hi all. Anybody know where I can get the plucker (specifically
mplucker) format file for sitescooper? The link from the sitescooper
(http://plucker.gnu-designs.com/) is dead, and it didn't come in the
plucker tarball.

sitescooper Version: 3.1.2
from unix tarball

Paramount to 'is the toaster plugged in?' :'>. yes, I had checked, but
just to make sure I just went back to have another look-see. The only
thing I can think of is that it's the 'distiller' that is mentioned
here & there (which is a python script judging by the descriptions).
But there's no place to d/l that I can see, other than grabbing the
whole *nix ball-o-wax file, but _that's_ in rpm, which I can't/don't
know how to extract on my *bsd box.
