am on windows xp,bought the above and cant install it,says installation was
interuppted or service installation section is this inf is invalid...retailer
says its a problem with my service pack2,i get updates and im up to date..can
anyone [email protected] if anyone can...many thanks...robert

return the hardware and get a replacement device.
