I think that
site-win-ie6.css
is causing a problem with cleaning up my cache. The
operation locks up -- so, I manually deleted all files in
the cache folder (view files) except this file -- I am
unable to remove it.

Anything that tries to clean this folder (disk cleanup,
Norton, etc...) will fail. I need to do a ctrl-alt-delete
and then select and close out the operation.

I hope I'm not the Frank you mean, because I have no idea what you're
talking about. You need to post in the original thread.
