site will not "refresh"

This site will not "refresh" to the next photo for some unknown reason?
http://groups.msn.com/256thInfantryBrigade/chrisamanda.msnw

And this new site will not keep the menu buttons still / normal on the left
hand side?
When the mouse hovers over the buttons / menu the buttons move all over the
page.
How can those problems be solved?

The slide show requires that you click the image to bring up the next, unless you have used some
sort of custom javascript slide show
