I forgot to mentions several things I would like to see on the website. In
the area for members to input, we should have definite forums (or other
methods) for members to make specific suggestions, ideas, wishes and
comments about pcsg itself (not just to talk about stamps etc. I am trying
to get members to open up and tell us what they really want the organization
to be and do. In the past, members were more or less ignored when they made
suggestions - you included <g>. A place where you could have gone to
suggest a forum in the first place. My main purpose in taking an office was
to open it up - members may not care or not want anything again but some did
in the past.
One more thing. Would you care to make a write-up for the April TC? As I
understand it now, the Ap. TC won't be going out until the end of April. I
think it would be nice if you introduced yourself and described the new
site - maybe discuss the home page menu - what's up and what's in work, etc.
Based on what I've seen in stamp club home pages, there may be a lot of
members that don't even know how to navigate a real website <g>.
