Site moved to Windows Server; Can't publish

Because of recurrent problems with FrontPage Extensions I recently agreed to
pay my host a higher fee to have my site moved to a Windows server.

The site has been moved; but now I cannot publish files to it.

The host's technicians told me to change my destination from
ftp://www.gracechurchinnewark.org/htdocs to
http://www.gracechurchinnewark.org

I did so to no avail.

The technicians told me that they had tried publishing files to their server
using FrontPage, and that they had encountered no problems. They said that
the problem apparently lay with my FrontPage 2002. I therefore reinstalled
FrontPage 2002 and re-booted the computer--still to no avail.

Can anyone offer suggestions?

http://www.gracechurchinnewark.org/ as the destination
