looks nice and professional. it doesn't look home made.
I didn't spend long on it but you might want to do this:
re-edit this button:

so that it's on a white background rather than transparent. where the grey
circle is, make that transparent. for that hyperlink make it so the
background is grey (making it appear as your circle is grey), then when they
mouse over it'll turn blue like the other links. there is an example here:
http://footbagfreaks.com it's the soccer guy in the logo (top left).
