My sisters computer uses IE (Internet Explorer), the latest version, and the internet won't work. I have done the "Connection Wizard" and it still just wont work! Please help! Btw, its XP Hom
 
More details please. Any error messages? DHCP or static IP addresses? How
does she connect to the Internet - DSL, Cable modem, Dial-up?

Cable Internet, from a router. It just ask me is I want to work offline or try again :S
 
Are you getting a valid IP address from the router or a 169.x.x.x address?
To check go Start/Run type "cmd". In the resulting command window type
"ipconfig /all" and post the results here.
