SIP Installation and configuration

Hi

I tried to configure my SIP account it doesn't allow me do so it gives an
error

" Signing in to SIp communications services failed beacuise sign-in
name,username or password is incorerect, or the authentication service is not
compatable with this version of the program......"

The same user is able to login from other machine

Machine os is XP

How to login in from win98

Please help me out,as i have to configure it by tommorw - 17-01-06
