Hi,
Create one single user account with admin priviledges. Then start/run
"control userpasswords2" and uncheck the option requiring users to logon
with a name and password. Click apply/ok and follow the prompts to setup an
autologon.
After rebooting, the admin account will be hidden (should you ever need it,
you can access it by logging off and hitting ctrl+alt+delete twice). You may
disable the guest account in the control panel/users as well.
WinXP, by design, is a multi-user system, so you cannot remove everything
that it has for these purposes. But you can setup just the default account
and set it for a classic appearance.

Is there a way that I can configure a fresh install of xp so that it does
not have any of the multi-user junk, but just has it set-up as a 1 user
system like 98 was?
