1) My Windows Welcome screen shows an error message that tells me I am not authorized to use my computer. After I click OK the welocme screen appears with my logon icon. I have looked in User Accounts. Sure enough I'm the only user. Guest is turned off as well. How do I get the 'not authorized' message to not appear?
2) When I try to delete a folder (even an empty folder that I have made) in Windows Explorer I get a message that tells me someone else is using the file and I cannot delete it. No one else uses this computer. How do I solve this problem?
I guess, in short, I need to know how I set up my computer for a single user?
