How can be denied that the same user can be logged in more
than one computer at a time in windows 2000 server SP4,
(not Terminal Server), just windows 98, 2000, NT4 logon. Is
there any kind of group policy that can be applied ?
Thank´s in advance.

There is not a group policy to prevent a user from logging on to multiple
machines. There is a tool called cconnect.exe that you can use to prevent
simultaneous logons.
