Can someone else try this?

When I link a word or phrase to other pages in my web - it works fine
in preview. But when I link one letter - it does not work at all -
unless I preview in my Browser.

I am working on an acronym page, and have all the acronyms that start
with "A" on one page, all that start with B on another page, etc.

I like to these from a page that has the letters, A, B, etc.

The FP preview (FP 2000) will not work with these links. Can you let
me know if there is a fix, or perhaps my install is corrupted?

You could always make each of those single letters into a slightly more
fancy gif-image with you image editing program.
ETC

Hmmm I get this too in FP2000.

Tom's terse post implies that this only happens in Preview Mode with certain
IE updates. [ "In Microsoft FrontPage 2002, when you open a Web page in
Preview, and then click a hyperlink, the hyperlink does not work." ]

Well, I wasn't in Preview Mode. On the Normal Tab, if I hover above a
multi-char link I get a hint to do "Ctrl+Click". But not so over a
single-char link. This has never been an issue for me, because my links are
internal in the page, so I've not tried this before.

Looks like a bug to me :-(

Cheers, Paul

Well, I was only referring to the preview mode, not your situation, okay?

How is this "terse"?
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823720

Would a flowing dissertaion filled with feel-good platitudes and
warm-fuzzies have been more to your liking?
