since wmp 10 installed cant see still images in storyboard

well the subject says it all , since i installed wmp 10 b , well i see the pic but as soon as i drag it to the storyboard my preview is all black , does anyone got any clue of what is going on here? btw dx 9c is installed , latest drivers for vid card and obviously xp is updated.
 
If it all worked with WMP9 then roll it back and wait for the full version
of WMP10 to be released. This is why it's still being beta tested.
