Since upgrading to XP - System crashes and re-boots

It worked fine on Win 98, but since I'v upgraded to Win XP w/serv pack 2.
Whenever I turn on my attached digital camera, it crashes the system and
re-boots, then crashes and re-boots. It has enought memory but something
must be wrong with the driver from the CD

Visit your camera manufacturer's website and look for driver updates for
WinXP.
