Simultaneous Mouse Click?

Is there anyway to map a simultaneous clicking of the left
and right mouse buttons to a keystroke? What I am hoping to
do is to map this combo to the "Show the Desktop" hotkey.

Why not just use Windows-key + D ?

Because I have a wireless mouse and the keyboard is not
always convenient.
