Simulate Move command in control box

In a captionless form, is it possible to do some coding in order to achieve
the same result as the Move menu command located in the control box on a
window?

I also found this during the day:
http://www.vb-helper.com/howto_move_form_with_arrows.html
and translated it to vb.net.

It enables the keyboard move mode.

Do you think that is an "anti-dot-net way"?
