I'm using LooknStop freeware version which is 400Kb.

I use HTtrack when I want to mirror a web site onto my computer for
off-line browsing. HTtrack come in two versions: a win32 command line
version that is 25k and a Windows GUI version that is 3088k! That's a
lot of bloat for a GUI.

I use the command line version.
