I tried to download Editor2 multiple times but nothing happened.

There was no error message. There was no indication of why
the download wouldn't happen.

I went to the author's web site and selected download. All I got
was the original Simtel web page.

I'm getting dizzy from going around in circles.

Ok here... Georgia link broken; London worked.

Start using the Dowload Now link at top right

Did you check your system to see whether you already had a file by
that name installed ?
