While trying to install my new sims expansion packs a
message came up. It said, 'Since you have Windows XP
hotfix 328310 installed, please install Windows XP hotfix
329623 before installing'. Now the computer let me
install the expansion packs but this problem is causing
it to slow down and sometimes cut off. Could you please
tell me how i could change the hotfix?

The error message also tells you to read the Readme included on the sims CD.
