Sims 2 problem

I bought a new laptop, a Toshiba Tecra A3 with Intel Centrino video. here
are it's specs :

Physical Memory: 502 MB

I cannot get Sims 2 to run on it. It crashes giving me an ialmrnt5.dll error
and it dumps everything and restarts. I know others that are running the
intel centrino on their laptops and no problems .. what am I missing ??

That message would appear if your card is unfortunately
not one of the cards supported by the SIMS 2 game.

For the list of graphic cards supported by SIMS 2:

If you know of others who have an unsupported chipset like the Intel
and got it to work with the game, you might want to check with them..
