So, when you provide the same [lack of] detail in describing a problem with
your car to the mechanic, do you really think they can fix your car? Come
on, more details. "It's broke" results in no replies, similarly vague
responses, or a slew of replies to enumerate every possible problem of which
few, if any, might apply to your situation.
Do you have a floppy drive? Can the floppies be read from (i.e., can they,
for example, simply be copied into a temporary directory on the hard drive)?
Are you running the correct installation or setup program? Does that really
old program version (since it comes on floppies) actually support Windows
XP, or anything other than true and oldie DOS? Do you get any error
messages?
Something more happens than what you merely qualify as "having trouble
loading it". Have you yet contacted

download install okay?
