Simple web site management software?

I posted this yesterday but it did not appear.

I need a simple utility that can mirror my web site to my local HD and that
will copy/replace all edited files to the web site automaticaally. It should
also have a
global search and replace for all files in my HD folders. E.g. I need to
change the postmaster@....... to postmaster1 at ....... everywhere it
appears.

I have Arachnophila and it is supposed to do something like this but it's
laborius. There
is a newer Java version but it doesn't run on my win2K.

Help appreciated.

Wierd! I synced mine about 4 times between postings and it never appeared.

Six months ago, I also sent 4 copies of a different post over about a week
to another ng and none ever appeared in my reader.

There must be a rat hole somewhere ;-)
