simple shutdown batch on win2k

I need a simple batch script to just double click and shutdown my
computer. I was also wonderin if there was a way to lock the
computer.

Oh, how could I make a batch file that asks if I want to shutdown, and
waits for a y/n?

This won't lock your computer, but for a shutdown try my freeware utility
'ExitWindows.exe'. Download it from:
