Simple problem.

I have a letter which I want to email to 500 email
addresses. But I want to make it a personal kind of
letter. For example, if I have 3 email addresses

1. John ---> (e-mail address removed)
2. Natalie --> (e-mail address removed)
3. Joe---> (e-mail address removed)

I want to send SAME letter to these three. The letter
contents is same. But when John receives that email I want
to display in the email "Dear John", when Natalie receives
that email I want to display "Dear Natalie", ....

It's a kind of mail merge.

How can I do this in Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook
or in my hotmail or yahoo account?

It *is* mail merge. You can use Word's mail merge feature or, depending on your OUtlook version, start with OUtlook's Tools | Mail Merge command.
