There are several one diskette routers at

I do not know how to use them.

You could try "coyote linux" or similar. But you too have to specify
your network hardware (once). It creates a bootable floppy with
router/firewall software.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me - due to the lack of knowledge of
details about my network cards.
