simple commands do not respond

Hi.

After 5 minutes loging into my computer, some simple
commands do not respond such as:

- In windoews explorer, dragging one file from one folder
to another.
- Opening some programs (Microsoft Photo Editor).

Then a error message appears: svchost.exe

Plaseeee help me. I have Windows 2000 profesional

Hi! You have a virus. Probabbly Blaster/Nachi/Welchia. If you do not have
an antivirus program get one, if you do, update it, and use. In the
meantime you can go to www.antivirus.com for a free online scan.
