Simple child's progam that changes the display when keys are tapped?

I wondered if there was a program for very young children that had
intriguing dynamic displays (maybe something like Windows Media Player)
that changed when a key or group of keys is touched. I am thinking of
children too young to be able to predictably hit a particular key so they
might just touch three or four at once.

Once I realized that the correct search term was Keyboard Bangers, it
became, you should pardon the expression, child's play.

It didn't occur to me that this would be a popular topic because of the
obvious danger of "PC = TOY" in the young one's mind. I suppose for many
of us, they are though.
