simple bookmark program

I'd like to find a bookmark program that switches easily between
avantbrowser and mozilla. I've tried jetlinks. I'm currently using a
program called visualnet which I like but the freeware version is limited in
function. The one listed on pricelessware Columbine Bookmark Merge has a
dead link and I've searched for it without success.
Are there any other programs that you use and like?
 
I've been using a nifty program called URLBase. It can convert to / from
HTML, IE, Netscape / Mozilla / Firefox. It's also a good favourites manager
in its own right. If avant is based on IE maybe it'll work for that too.
