Do you know any other application similar to intermec ilaunch to block
the device for the user can not use any other application or made
configuration changes?
 
You could do that with your own application, if you want. You'd want to
disable the task bar, make your application front-most, etc. If you run it
on startup, then you control what the user can and cannot do. You might do
a search in the groups on "kiosk", as that's the term we commonly use for a
device that presents a single application interface to the user.

You can also add a shortcut file (.lnk) to \Windows\Startup folder which will
start your app when the device boots.
