Similar problem

Hello.

My problem sounds similar. I have two computers
networked at home. They both ran XP Home and worked
well.

The Internet was accessible on both (the main computer
connected directly and the other computer connected
through the network).

Now, on my main computer, I upgraded to XP Pro. Although
the network is still in place (ie., I can still access
files on the networked computer), the networked computer
can no longer access the Internet.

I can ping (both ways just fine) and the network is
running ok, except for the browsing problem. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem that was resolved by setting up a password on the XP
Pro PC's Administrator account.
