Show Related Links was on the Tools menu in IE.

If you have XP SP2, Show Related Links is gone forever in IE.

An anti-spyware program like Ad-Aware may have removed Alexa, which is the
show-related links function in IE 6 and later.

{C95FE080-8F5D-11D2-A20B-00AA003C157A} is the CLSID. And is an extra
toolbar button.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX
Compatibility\{C95FE080-8F5D-11D2-A20B-00AA003C157A}
Compatibility Flags
REG_DWORD
400 hex

If Compatibility Flags DWORD value is set to 400, the kill bit is set.

Microsoft does not recommend unkilling (undoing the kill action on) an
ActiveX control. If you do so, you may create security vulnerabilities. The
kill bit is typically set for a reason that may be critical, and because of
this, extreme care must be used when you unkill an ActiveX control.

Alexa is spyware and tracks everything that you do.
Also see this for more info on Show Related Links & Alexa.

From Ramesh, Microsoft MVP Windows XP Shell/User..
Click Start/Run and type REGSVR32 /i SHDOCVW.DLL
This restores the Related Links button. In pre XP SP2.
