Silverfast support

It looks like the support dept. in LaserSoft has gone totally silent
for about a month. Seldom answers on their forums, no follow-up on
incident reports after the automatically generated response email.

Anyone had the same experience ?

I use a Microtek Artixscan 120tf. Is it just that they answer by
priorities depending on how popular a scanner is ?

I used to wait about a month for a reply. Lately it has been longer.
I'm not impressed.

Their customer support has always been a mess. I'm still waiting for
calls promised years ago.

Maybe I was lucky - I mailed them for some info and got a reply within
24 hours.

But are you already a user? To prospective buyers asking for info,
companies tend to be a lot more responsive then they are to customers
with complaints;-)

Be persistent and use their forums. They will respond... eventually.
