silent video card

i'm still trying to build a silent system and i need a decent video card
without a fan. i don't like ati cards so it seems i'm limited to either a
nvidia fx5200 or mx440. which is the better fanless video card or is there a
better one, not counting ati?

You're probably better off going with a third party cooling vendor, like
Zalman, and using fanless cooling, e.g.
