I receive a MSAS pop-up alert about this //@signup.mar@ and //@mar.@// is it
ok to block or allow this?
 
These are related to Outlook and must be allowed in order for Outlook to work
properly. The first item refers to singing in using your .NET Passport.

You should allow this--it is related to Passport processing--any app, web or
local, which uses Passport may generate this--hotmail, Money, and others.
