Signon drop down lists

I have been online for some time. I have old names I used to use to sign in to various websites like msn messenger. When I click to sign in a long list of names shows up to chose from. I know this should be simple but how do I delete those lists?

In IE go>tools\internet options\Content tab\AutoComplete button and turn it off all together. I hate all the history and URL stuff so I have this all turned off in the registry. If you want the reg edits e:mail me. Good luck.
