significant performance degradation

I'm seeing significant performance degradation on my PC.
Please fix this problem soon I will not be able to use
this progam in the future. I have a 2.0 intel with 512 MB.
I have tryed turning off the real time but that still
dousen't help.
 
When does the perf issue happen? While scanning, all the time, etc?

The performance issue happens all the time. It's even
slower when I scan and try to do something else, like
surf the internet. It make my computer slower to open and
save programs, documents, and emails. Also slower gaming.

When I go and shutdown MS anti spyware the computer runs
normal again.
