I need to copy signatures from my current installation of Outlook 2007 to
another machine but am not able to find the file which I need to copy over.

Anyone know where this is located?

Check this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
You must have displaying of hidden files and folders turned on in Windows
Explorer to see this folder.
