I am trying to create a signature in Outlook 2003 using a photo with an
embedded hyperlink. How do I do this so the hyperlink does not disappear?

Hi Roady, sorry to hijack this thread but I am trying to do exactly what
Clark asked. I have done wqhat you said and it does work but Im left with an
outline around the image. Any idea why this is? My image is not a photo but a
logo.

Thank you, that worked!

You mean so you can click on the photo to open the link instead of text?

<a href="http://www.yourfavoritelink.com"><img
src="http://yourwebserver.com/pictures/picturename.jpg" alt="picture name"
/></a>

Owkee, and now I'm only hoping that this HTML still shows up correctly
after
posting...

So I'm trying to do the same thing here. But I'm not understanding your
response. I have all my Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, etc picture logo's at
the bottom of my signature. I would like to have it where people can scroll
over these icon pictures and connect directly to my personal url in each.
How do I do that?

Thanks!!

I would like to do the same thing with one of our company logos. Is everyone
else using the signature editor in Outlook 2003 or Word 03 to embed the image
as well as the hyperlink? And if so, am I using the following string as my
path in creating the hyperlink within the image?

<a href="http://www.yourfavoritelink.com"><img
src="http://yourwebserver.com/pictures/picturename.jpg" alt="picture name"
/></a>

do it the same way - get the url for each service and use it with the proper
image for the service.

I use an HTML editor and put the finished file in the signatures folder.
