The problem that I am having is with Office 2003 (also
2002). I have multiple signature files setup. When I
open a new e-mail message, Outlook doesn't allow me to
switch my signature "on the fly".

HOWEVER, if I am in an Office Document or I right-mouse
click an Office Document and use the Send To - Mail
Recipient option, Outlook allows me to "switch" my
signature. More specifically it allows me the flexiblity
to add one of my other signatures and then I just delete
the signautre out of the text of the message that I don't
want.

In Outlook 98 it works just the opposite. In Outlook 2000
it allows this either way.

Hope somebody can help me out and hope that this all makes
sense.

WordMail does not include an Insert | Signature command like the regular
Outlook editor. If you want to be able to insert a signature into a WordMail
message manually, you can to create an AutoText entry for each signature.
You can then insert them with the Insert | AutoText command.

Or, create multiple signatures the normal way and make one the default. If
you want to use a different signature for the current message, right-click
the signature that Outlook inserted automatically. From the pop-up menu,
select either the name of the signature you want to use or E-mail Signature
to create a new one.

I 'm using OL2003 and I have multiple signatures. I have a "Signature"
button on my Compose window Tool Bar. When I click it, I see all of my
signatures and I can choose which one I want. This worked in 2002 as well
and didn't change when I upgraded to OL2003.

CLick the "Toolbar Options" drop-down at the end of the Compose window Tool
Bar, hover over "Add or Remove Buttons" to see the "Standard" entry. Hover
over that and see if the "Signature" button is checked. If not, check it.
