I'm making a company website and I'm putting an application on it. I used the
form wizard to do it but I need to know how the person filling out the
application would sign it or some way else that would be like an electronic
signature?

Thanks in advance for the help!

A common way to do this is just to have the person click a button or check a
box next to text which states something like, "By checking this box, I agree
that.. [etc]."

For better security, as checkbox can accidentally be checked, have field the requires that user type
"YES" they agree to the terms, and then also type in their name as they would legal sign a document.
