Signature

Other people in my office have "Signature" as an option under "insert". I
would really like to be able to insert some disclaimers and such that I use
frequently as they are able to do by clicking Insert and Signature, and the
appropriate signature. How can add that to my insert menu?

Signature is a menu item under Insert only if you're using the Outlook
editor for composing. If you're using Word, that item isn't available.
Signatures in Word are done differently.
