I'd like to set up 3 or 4 multi-line signatures in Word 2007, (e.g. name,
address, phone, email, mobile, etc). But I can't see a place to do this. I
had 3 or 4 set up on Wod 2003, and I can still see how to set up signatures
in Outlook 2007, but I can't find a place to set them up on Word. I send
correspondence for several different not-for-profit boards I volunteer for,
so it's kind of key that I can do this.

Outlook has things it actually calls "signatures". Word doesn't call
them that, but you can create any piece of text and/or graphics and
store it as a "Quick Part".

Type and format one signature as you want it to appear. Select the
whole thing. On the Insert ribbon, click the Quick Parts button and
click "Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery". In the dialog that
appears, you can assign a short name for the signature and specify
which gallery you want it to appear in. If you choose the Autotext
gallery, you can insert the signature by typing the unique first part
of the signature's name (minimum 4 characters) and pressing F3. If you
choose the Quick Parts gallery, a thumbnail of the signature will
appear in the dropdown from the Quick Parts button.

You can add as many signatures as you want to any of the galleries.
Just be sure to give them different names.
