Is there a simple program / utility that can take your scanned signature and
size it correctly for use in WORD docs etc.

Hopefully assigning a single button to enter sig in document.

I don't know of any, however...

If you have Word, you can copy the scanned signature into a document and
rescale it there. Then save this as a template and use that template for
other documents requiring a signature.
