Signature Problems

I added signature for someone in my office and for some reason, every time he
sends an email, it attached a copy of the picture from his signature. Any
idea why this is happening?
 
That would be so that the other person can open the picture... its probably
sending in HTML mode so its just calling the attached picture.

If it didnt attach it there would be no pic for someone else to see
